Supported and mentored by experienced engineers, you will see your skills develop over your time with us.  You will return to university to complete your studies having enjoyed an experience that helped you grow as an engineer.

With a broad overview of your subject and an open and honest communication style, you relish collaborating in a team setting and enjoy discussing technical concepts.  You are equally comfortable working on your own, applying your reflective nature, interpretive skills, attention to detail and dependable judgment to understand complicated engineering problems then propose and evaluate viable solutions in a timely fashion.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive package including bonus, free on-site gym, subsidised restaurant facilities, generous discounts from our sponsors, Christmas & Summer parties and opportunities to work with our factory Race Support team.

We are highly focused on equal opportunities and pride ourselves on our strong, inclusive values and culture.
