Job Description

Graduate / Early Stage OSH Professional to join the Team.

Reporting in to the Teams Head of Safety you will own the administration of the Teams safety management system (SMS). You will be required to research and input into the development of advice and guidance documentation for the Team.

You will enable our Heads of Departments and line management to implement the Teams SMS. You will work to ensure that all departments understand and discharge their responsibilities with regard to occupational health, safety and wellbeing.

You will be required to review the SMS, contributing to creating new safety standards where required and updating existing standards and guidance. Additionally, you will develop and build towards delivery of training programs, designed to support the implementation of the SMS. To ensure the system is delivering performance for the Team you will support the delivery of inspection and audit programs and prepare reports on key performance metrics.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Primarily focused on the maintenance of the Team’s Safety Management System (SMS) including the development of new material.

  • On boarding of new starters into the safety management system and delivery of safety section of new starters induction.

  • Maintenance of training records and training for fire wardens, first aiders and FLT drivers.

  • Supporting the development and delivery of training programs across key health and safety themes.

  • First stage investigation and triage of adverse events.

  • Supporting the delivery of audits and inspections.

  • Supporting HOD’s and Team Leaders implement containment measures and monitoring action implementation SLAs.

  • Providing local specialist support and advice on a proactive and reactive basis.

  • Administration support for Occupational Health health surveillance.

  • Support of project delivery including risk assessments and COSHH assessments and peer audits.

Candidate Profile

  • Educated to degree standard.
  • Experience of working in a fast-moving engineering and/or manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced computer literacy.
  • A self-driven, pro-active  individual with a “can do” attitude.
  • Good inter-personal skills and ability to communicate with managers at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent – Essential.
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent is advantageous but not essential, we want to help the right person grow, develop with our long term vision.

Senior Graphic Designer (14 Month Fixed Term Contract) (Ref REQ-210045)

Job Description

This is an exciting 14-month contract role for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join and help manage our in-house design team, working across multiple motorsport formulas and teams. You will be highly creative, motivated, independent, and excellent at multi-tasking, with a broad skill set.

We’re looking for a multidisciplinary Senior Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio, to deliver high quality creative solutions for print and digital graphic design, photoshoots, interiors, and team clothing.

By asking all the right questions and understanding the briefs, you'll produce engaging materials that look and feel on brand whilst supporting our business objectives. Your relationship with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, such as printers and creative agencies, will ensure the process is as efficient as possible.


  • Support the team across the full breadth of the business with a wide spectrum of graphic elements
  • Support the Head of Design in managing a small team of designers and the team workload to ensure jobs are completed to a high standard within tight deadlines
  • Leading briefs from concept to delivery with minimal support
  • Working on multiple long and short-term projects simultaneously
  • Creation of engaging, high quality and on-brand graphics for use internally and externally within established brand guidelines
  • A key role will be the creation and implementation of brand and logo guidelines for teams, commercial partners and suppliers. You will develop guidelines, as well as design and manage the production and implementation of branding assets for races and events
  • Working alongside our Merchandise & Licensing team on the creation of team clothing artwork for production
  • Collaborating with our Communications team on creative brand direction for team photoshoots
  • Management of third-party creative suppliers and ensuring they deliver projects within agreed budget and timelines

Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will have a stand-out portfolio and a minimum of 5-10 years’ experience, with at least 3 years’ experience managing a team of designers.

They will have a proven competence of working in a similar environment, have excellent knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign. Knowledge of Microsoft Office will be beneficial. In addition, you will have first-class organisational and time management skills and a sound attention to detail.

You will thrive working in a fast-paced, busy environment, possess excellent communication skills, have high levels of drive and be able to make decisions within a pressurised environment.

Flexibility in hours and approach is required, along with the ability to work under minimum supervision with a "can do" team attitude. You will have the ability to work effectively in an office environment and remotely as required.
